exchange & return policy

every purchase from august & ember includes candle care instructions, to ensure the proper burn and care of your soy wax candle and wooden wicks. we also have a page outlining proper candle burning on our website. 

burn until the wax pools to the edges of the vessel. trim your wick after each burn. 

if an item arrived damaged or broken, we require photographic proof to process an exchange or replacement, less shipping. items that are impacted by user error or not following candle care instructions, included in your purchase, are not eligible or refund or exchange. thank you!
